Meet Leno - he is a recent commission that I just completed and I'm excited to share with everyone. I confess I was a bit nervous with this one - I was trying to get settled into my new space, and I've never painted a horse before (there is always some stress with commissions and deadlines). Thankfully he seemed to come together really well, and I'm thrilled with the results. I loved painting the different tones in his coat, and I felt "in the zone" while painting him.
